Due to the digital and service-based nature of this product, all sales are final once access is granted or work begins.

📦 Access Triggers:
Access is considered granted when:

You receive any portion of the DIY packet materials by email

You are given a link to the template download folder

Intake information is reviewed or scheduled for review

You submit materials for review or feedback

At that point, no refunds, chargebacks, or partial cancellations will be issued.

💬 Why This Policy Exists:
This service involves intellectual property and manual time investment, including:

Custom templates

Client support documents

Manual intake review

Reserved review time

These materials and services cannot be “returned.”

📅 Exceptions:

⚠️ Chargebacks:
Any attempt to issue a chargeback after accessing materials will be disputed with full documentation of delivery and agreed-upon terms.

🔒 Installment Plans:
Clients on payment plans will not receive full access until each installment stage is reached. Missed payments will pause services and revoke access until resolved.
